What the enquiry form collects

When you send us an enquiry we ask for:

• Your name and email address, so we can reply.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
• The kind of enquiry, and for a fitting, your preferred date and time.
• Whatever you write in the message.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, and to arrange a fitting or hold event tickets if that is what you have asked for. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone else.

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by email. A copy is also written to a log file on the server, outside the public website, so that a message is never lost if the email fails. Enquiries are deleted after twelve months.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is nothing here that follows you to other sites. Visitor numbers are counted in a way that does not identify you and does not need a cookie, which is why you are not being asked to accept one.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Where we link out — to libidex.com, to Google Maps for directions, or to our Instagram — those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.
